I’m Benjamin Whitaker, a sports massage therapist, bodyworker, and lifelong athlete. My work is grounded in the science of movement and recovery, shaped by years of experience both as an athlete and in the treatment room.

I trained with the London School of Sports Massage, earning the UK’s leading qualification in soft tissue therapy.

 

Since then, I’ve worked with athletes across The United States and Europe.

​

Based in Courchevel, I travel with my own equipment, bringing performance-focused recovery wherever it’s needed.

​

My approach goes beyond relaxation. I specialize in deep tissue and sports massage—techniques designed for skiers, cyclists, and anyone who demands more from their body.

I continue to expand my knowledge with ongoing training in the latest massage and recovery methods through schools such as OMT Training, ensuring my clients benefit from techniques at the leading edge of the field.
