TERMS & CONDITIONS

This document sets out the terms and conditions of sale and operation of massage services by REVIVEO, whether sold online via www.REVIVEO.PRO (now REVIVEO’s site), by telephone, by email, or in person (“these Terms and Conditions”). By making a Booking with REVIVEO, the Customer agrees to and acknowledges these Terms and Conditions on behalf of themselves and any other Customer included in the Booking (each as defined below).

1. Definitions

  • “Booking”: The request made by a Customer—whether online at REVIVEO’s website, by telephone, or by email—for a Treatment.

  • “Booking Confirmation”: The email from REVIVEO confirming the Booking once agreed.

  • “Customer”: The person who makes the Booking for themselves or for others, or who receives a Treatment from REVIVEO.

  • “Declaration and Disclaimer Form”: The form each Customer must complete and sign before receiving a Treatment.

  • “Euro”, “EUR”, “€”: The official currency of EU member states.

  • “Geographical Area”: The designated resorts within Les Trois Vallées ski area—including Courchevel (1850/1650/1550), Le Praz, La Tania, Bozel, Le Plantin, Mottaret, Meribel (including Village, Musillon), Le Raffort, Le Gittaz, Nantgerel, Le Chandon, Le Cruet, Les Allues, Brides Les Bains.

  • “Person”: Any individual or legal entity, from natural persons to corporations.

  • “Treatment”: An appointment (or multiple, if booked as a package) for massage services—note: not a medical service, procedure, or performed by medically qualified therapists.

Clarification: References like “massage”, “masseuse”, “treatment”, “therapist” do not imply medical treatment or medically qualified staff—it's strictly a wellness service.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • References to laws are inclusive of amendments or reenactments.

  • Times given are in Paris time.

  • “Working day” excludes weekends and Parisian public holidays.

2. Customers

2.1 Once a Booking is confirmed by REVIVEO, the person becomes a Customer.

2.2 REVIVEO may, at its sole discretion, accept or refuse any person as a Customer.

2.3 REVIVEO reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or refuse further business if a Customer’s conduct is harmful to its reputation or breaches these terms—or for the well-being of others.

2.4 If a Booking is made on behalf of multiple people, the Booker's acceptance counts for all attendees. Accepting or confirming a Booking implies acceptance of the terms for all persons involved.

3. Bookings and Payments

3.1 Treatments take place between 07:00 and 21:30, unless otherwise agreed.

3.2 Treatment prices are listed on the website or provided directly by REVIVEO; they may change from time to time.

3.3 Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance—unless agreed otherwise—by online, email, texting, or phone.

3.4 REVIVEO will send a Booking Confirmation within 24 hours of agreeing a Booking, unless otherwise arranged.

3.5 The Declaration and Disclaimer Form must be completed before any Treatment. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service—and the Customer remains liable for the full Treatment cost.

3.6 Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise; payment is typically due at the end of the Treatment unless agreed otherwise.

3.7 Payments are accepted in Euros: cash, cheque (French bank), or by card through REVIVEO’s payment gateway (fees may apply).

3.8 Customers must ensure all contact and location information is accurate. Errors are the Customer's responsibility and may lead to rescheduling and additional fees.

3.9 Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.10 If the Customer is late or delays the masseuse, the therapist may wait up to 15 minutes. Waiting beyond that could incur a €1.50/minute fee—or they may depart.

3.11 SPECIAL OFFER PACKAGES:

  • Packages (multiple Treatments at a discount) must be paid via the payment gateway and scheduled together.

  • Unused treatments won't be compensated after expiry—but may be cancelled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund (less admin costs).

  • A package may be shared among people, but each Treatment must be booked and paid in full at once, and standard cancellation/reschedule rules apply.

3.12 GIFT VOUCHERS:

  • Issued after payment via gateway or bank transfer.

  • Valid for 12 months from issuance, personal, non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to reschedule/cancellation policy.

  • Redeemable only via website booking and subject to availability.

3.13 SPECIAL OFFERS:

  • Available at REVIVEO’s discretion for residents (≥9 months/year in area) or seasonaires (working locally during season).

  • Personal, non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to usual cancellation/reschedules.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 Requests must be in writing at least 24 hours before Booking time; reschedules may incur admin fees.

4.2 Cancellations or reschedules made without 24-hour notice require full payment.

4.3 Short-notice Bookings (<24h agreed previously) require 5 hours notice to cancel; otherwise full price is due.

4.4 A minimum deduction of €30 (or equivalent) may be retained for administrative/bank costs unless agreed otherwise.

4.5 REVIVEO isn’t liable for delays due to force majeure like accidents, vehicle breakdown, severe weather, health issues, industrial action, terrorism, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

4.6 If REVIVEO fails to deliver a Treatment due to its fault, a full refund or suitable alternative will be offered—limited to the original Treatment cost.

5. Fitness, Health, and Use of Services

5.1 Customers must disclose any health conditions or obtain prior written medical consent if needed.

5.2 REVIVEO may refuse Treatment if there are health concerns.

5.3 REVIVEO may also refuse service if a Customer appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.

5.4 Customers under 16 require an accompanying and consenting adult.

5.6 Customers should wear appropriate underwear during Treatment.

6. General

6.1 Clarification: “massage”, “therapist”, etc., do not imply medical services or medically-qualified providers.

6.2 REVIVEO may subcontract services; differing terms apply with third parties, and REVIVEO’s liability is limited to its own services.

6.3 Liability is limited to direct and foreseeable losses up to the cost of the Treatment, and statutory rights remain unaffected.

6.4 REVIVEO can modify or revoke these terms anytime. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain unaffected.
